Flower Thistle or That
Hard to believe it's Monday again but here we are. To combat a case of the Mondays I have a polish from a new makeup line called Flower. This is Drew Barrymore's makeup line. It's sold exclusively at Walmart and looks to be pretty neat. This polish is called Thistle or That. It's a minty blue green with a very, very slight shimmer. Pictured is three coats plus topcoat. I added the third coat because I had some patchiness on the first few nails I painted. Next time two coats should work since I know not to over work it now. The formula was really easy to control. I liked it a lot and would definitely by more from this brand.
My accent nail is Sinful Colors Luminary. I used three coats and still had a bit of vnl depending on the light. I really did like this mani a lot. This is one of my favorite color combos. I hope you all have a great day. Until next time...

Pretty and Polished Midnight Rider
Good morning everyone!
Today's post is a scheduled one because I will have just had my wisdom teeth out and wasn't sure if I would be up to blogging over the weekend. Midnight Rider is so pretty. The photos show two coats of MR over one coat of Sinful Colors Black on Black. The formula is amazing! Some of the bigger polish companies could learn something from Pretty and Polished. The glitter wasn't a pain to get on the nail. It just came out of the bottle and stayed where I put it on my nails. I'm going to layer this over some other colors to see what happens. I will definitely be ordering more polishes soon. Check it out. There are a lot of pictures.
Look at that bottle! Isn't it gorgeous? You should all go order a bottle now! No really, go! Click here to visit the Pretty and Polished Etsy store. I love polish shopping on Etsy. What is your favorite Etsy store?
Have a great day!

Sinful Colors Zeus
I have one other color from this collection to show you still. I'm going to try to schedule a few more posts because I don't know how long I'm going to be out of it plus my kid is on spring break next week. I hope you all have a great weekend.

Sinful Colors Neptune
Sinful Colors has a new collection out called Castaway. It has some really pretty polishes in it. I picked up three of them. Today I have Neptune to show you. Neptune is a gorgeous blue shimmer polish. My pictures today are showing three coats with topcoat. Originally I had on two coats but the next morning I could see some bald spots. Maybe someone more careful than me could get away with two. Either way it is so pretty! Take a look and let me know what you think.
Shade
I am just in love with this color. The formula was good, which sometimes I have trouble with Sinful Colors. I can't wait to show you the others. Have you picked up any of these yet?
Have a great day!

Sinful Colors Slate and Winterberry
Today I have a quick post of a couple of Sinful Colors that go together so well. Slate is a shimmery gray and Winterberry is a shimmery, dusty purple color. Sadly these never did show up at stores in my area but a lovely girl from a facebook group sent them to me. Sadly I had a little shrinkage from my Seche Vite. Top photo is in the sun and bottom is in the shade.
I really like Sinful Colors. Lots of choices and a great price point.
Have a great day!

Bettina Ocean
Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. A few weeks ago I purchased a couple Bettinas from a blog sale. Figured it was a good way to test out a couple before ordering a bunch from them. I bought Ocean, Peppermint and Marshmallow. The formula on Ocean was freaking amazing! Two coats were perfect. No streaking or pooling or running. Just lovely. These pictures are slightly bluer than Ocean is. The shade pictures look closest to me. I believe it has a touch more green than this. My camera just hates these colors. I couldn't even show you my really cool OPI Fly mani because it looked nothing like what was on my nails. Oh, I almost forgot! The accent nail is Sinful Colors Nail Junkie. Ocean was the perfect color to layer this over.
Ocean wore like iron and was all around awesome. I will definitely be ordering some more, starting with their Disco collection. If you haven't seen that yet you should google it right away.
Do you own any Bettina polishes? What is your favorite?
Have a great day!

Julep Carrie and Polka Dots
Today I have a mani that looks so much better in person then it does in these awful photos. This is two coats of Julep Carrie, a pretty standard pink creme. It was a pain to apply. If I was wearing it by itself I would have needed at least one more coat. Instead I decided on polka dots in black, gray and white. I used Sinful Colors Black on Black, China Glaze Recycle and Zoya Purity. Then to top it all off I added one coat of Zoya Sparkle Gloss Topcoat. I think the Sparkle Gloss is what's making my pictures look so bad. It kinda freaked out the camera. In real life I love this mani so much!
Check out these pictures and don't say I didn't warn you :)
Have a great Friday!
