Zoya Gei Gei & Piaf

Good morning and happy Friday!  I'm so glad the weekend is almost here.  I'm finally feeling better but sadly Mr. MLiP and one of the boys is sick now.  Anyway, today I have the other two polishes from the Zoya Zang Toi collection.  Zoya Gei Gei is a pale pink full of shimmer.  Zoya describes them as being icy and I'd say that's about right.  I've been wanting a full coverage pale pink shimmer for a while but for some reason the polish companies always make the pale pinks so sheer.  Gei Gei took three coats but it was opaque.  My accent nail is Zoya Piaf, basically the yellow version of the pink and purple in this collection.  Piaf also took three coats.  It wasn't quite as opaque as Gei Gei but really close.  Then I used Zoya Trixie to stamp over the whole thing.  Jury's still out on wether or not that was a good idea.

This mani was amazingly hard to photograph.  Seeing as how my photography skills are less than stellar this is what you get.  I hope you enjoyed this.  See you soon.

  1. Gorgeous colors, although I'd take Piaf strictly for the name. <3 Mt mom is a big fan of the late singer. And I think the stamping was a lovely idea, it looks so pretty and delicate with those colors and finishes.

  2. Lovely and delicate! Just what I like ;)

  3. I love this mani. You could even take it another step further and put dots inside of the circles. I have seen that stamp done on more jewel tone colors and dots added giving it a peacock was really cool.

    1. btw, what stamp is this? I have seen it a few times but haven't noticed what plate it is.
